Refund & Cancellation Policy

Cancelling your subscription

You can cancel a Reader or Inner Circle subscription at any time, from your account page, which opens a secure billing portal hosted by our payment processor, Stripe. There's no form to fill in and no need to email us.

Cancelling stops future billing — it doesn't end your access immediately. You keep full access through the end of the billing period you've already paid for, and you're then moved to the Free plan automatically. We don't charge a cancellation fee.

Refunds

First 48 hours: full refund, no questions asked. If you request a refund within 48 hours of starting a new subscription, we'll refund it in full. Email hello@theweeklytimekeeper.com from the address on your account and we'll process it.

After 48 hours. Payments are non-refundable, including for partial billing periods — if you cancel partway through a month or year you've paid for, we don't refund the unused portion. That said, if you were charged in error or something about your situation is unusual, email us and we'll look at it — there's just no automatic or guaranteed refund past the 48-hour window.

Failed or declined payments

If a renewal payment fails, Stripe will retry it automatically and email you to update your card. If payment keeps failing, your account moves to the Free plan — nothing is charged again until you resubscribe.

Price changes

If we change the price of a plan you're subscribed to, we'll email you at least 30 days before it takes effect. It applies from your next renewal after that notice — never retroactively, and never to a period you've already paid for.

The Concierge Desk

This policy covers Reader and Inner Circle subscriptions. Concierge Desk transactions are separate, individually negotiated purchases or sales between you and a counterparty in our network — see our Terms of Service for how that works.
